This September, the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings will host the annual Central Panel Directors conference, bringing central panel court leadership teams to Minnesota from across the country! Get ready for insightful discussions, innovative ideas, our famous Midwest hospitality, and beautiful fall colors. We are so excited for you to join us! This page contains current details about the conference and will be updated regularly as the event approaches.

September 16-19, 2025

  • Tuesday, September 16: Conference begins with an evening reception
  • Wednesday, September 17: Full-day programming
  • Thursday, September 18: Full-day programming and awards dinner
  • Friday, September 19: Conference concludes at 12:00 noon

The room rate for conference attendees is $154 per night. The discounted rate is available September 15-20, 2025. Reserve your room online at www.saintpaulhotel.com. When making your reservation, select Group/Block for the code type, and enter 8222433 for the code.

The registration fee includes meetings, materials, welcome reception, three (3) breakfasts, two (2) lunches, and one (1) dinner. 

  • Early registration fee: $875 (received by 8/1/2025)
  • Regular registration fee: $910 (received after 8/1/2025)

There are no refunds.
