60-1800-35407 In the Matter of the Appeal by Barbara Preston of the Order of Denial of her Application for a Child Foster Care License February 4, 2019 - Based on the evidence in the hearing record, the Administrative Law Judge concludes that Ms. Preston demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence that she fully complied with Minn. Stat. §§ 245A.001-.66 (2018) and other applicable laws or rules. The Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Order of Denial be rescinded, that Ms. Preston’s license application be approved and that she be granted a child foster care license.
