October 1, 2018 - The Administrative Law Judge finds that a preponderance of the evidence establishes that Licensee violated Minn. Stat. §§ 45.027, subds. 7(a)(2), (4); 60K.43, subds. 1(2), (4), (8); 72.19; 72A.20, subd. 18; and Minn. R. 2795.1000. Accordingly, the Commissioner should revoke Licensee’s insurance producer’s license; impose a civil penalty of $5,000; and assess Licensee the costs of the investigation performed by the Department in this case, as permitted in Minn. Stat. §§ 45.027, subds. 1(8), 6, 7; and 60K.43 (2018).
