They also provide education, screenings, and COVID and flu vaccines at the Mexican Consulate in St. Paul from Monday to Friday and at the Consulate of Ecuador in Minneapolis on Mondays.

If you are not insured yet, you can work with a MNSure Navigator or MNSure approved provider to see if you are eligible for medical benefits.

Minnesota Vaccines for Children (MNVFC) Program

Free to low-cost vaccines for children 18 and younger who are uninsured or eligible for Medicaid.

Phillips Neighborhood Clinic is a free health clinic and pharmacy. The clinic also hosts specialty nights where patients can receive free eye exams and glasses, orthopedic care, audiology care, or other specialty health care. For an updated schedule of specialty nights, visit the website.

 

Sage Cancer Screening

The Sage Cancer Screening Program offers free breast and cervical cancer screenings for uninsured or underinsured Minnesotans who meet the eligibility requirements. For more information, call 1-888-643-2584 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Spanish-speaking services are available. SagePlus is an add-on heart screening for women enrolled in the Sage breast and cervical cancer screening program. SagePlus provides education on risk factors and ongoing support for healthy lifestyle changes.

 

Uninsured and Underinsured Adult Vaccine (UUAV) Program

Free to low-cost vaccines for adults 19 and older who are uninsured or underinsured.
