Kaylah Vogt received her Master of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing and Professional Studies in May 2024. She completed her clinical internship at the Adult Lodging Plus (inpatient treatment) at M Health Fairview from May 2023 to January 2024. Beyond the evidence-based practices (EBP), Kaylah’s counseling approaches include somatic experiencing, talking through the bodily experience of Eastern medicine (ex: acupuncture), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. Kaylah’s counseling practices will continue to evolve to remain current with the latest research findings, peer consultation, and development of new, effective practices. As a therapist, Kaylah believes the client is the expert in their own life. She serves as a co-collaborator by holding the safe space and sitting with you through your healing process.
