James Poteet, MSW, LGSW, is an ASL-fluent Clinical Trainee providing online therapy to deaf, deafblind, and hard of hearing individuals, couples, and families of all ages anywhere in Minnesota via telehealth. Passionate about integrating disability-led, queer-informed, and trauma-informed liberatory practices. Strives to facilitate empowerment for clients in creative self-expression, attunement, and moving forward. Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, motivational interviewing and visual tools (i.e., sand tray, art) are used.
