If your Occupational Therapy Assistant license is due to expire on November 30th, 2019, you may now log in and complete your renewal. 

 

Renew through the Account Login

Renewal Fee: $105(+ a small credit card handling fee). Renewals made less than 30 days prior to the license expiration date will have a $50 late fee applied (Minnesota Statute § 148.6423).

 

Continuing Education: You must earn a minimum of 18 contact hours in the two (2) year licensure period. If your licenses was issued for a period more or less than two (2) years, you will be required to complete a prorated number of contact hours. You may calculate the required prorated number of hours by taking the number of months in the licensure period and multiply it by .75.

 

Renewal Completion: Upon completion of your renewal, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your payment receipt. A license card will follow in the mail within 1-2 weeks. License status may be immediately confirmed through the license lookup tool located on the home page of the Board’s website.
