Who can renew? OT's with a June 30th, 2020 renewal expiration.
How do I renew? Complete your renewal through the Board’s Online Services located on our home page under “Your Account Login”.
- You will use the username and password you established with your last renewal. If you don’t remember them, you are able to reset your password and receive your username through the online system.
- First time users are required to complete an online profile under “Register to Access Site”.
- Google Chrome is most compatible with Online Services
What are my renewal fees? OT Renewal Fee: $185 (+ a small credit card handling fee). REMINDER: Renewals made less than 30 days prior to the license expiration date will have a $50 late fee applied (Minnesota Statute § 148.6423).
What about continuing education? You must earn a minimum of 24 contact hours in the two (2) year licensure period. If your licenses was issued for a period more or less than two (2) years, you will be required to complete a prorated number of contact hours. You may calculate the required number of hours by adding 1 contact hour per the number of months in your licensure period.
How will I know my Upon completion of your renewal, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your payment receipt. A license card will follow in the mail within 1-2 weeks. License status may be immediately confirmed through the license lookup tool located on the home page of the Board’s website.
