Please use the Boards "Professional Profile" feature, available on the Board’s website, to search for an individual providers disciplinary and/or corrective action(s). You can access the original full public document(s) for all of the Board’s regulated health care professionals, including Physicians, Physician Assistants, Acupuncturists, Athletic Trainers, Genetic Counselors, Naturopathic Doctors, Respiratory Therapists, Telemedicine Registrants and Traditional Midwifes.
