Kristina Krohn M.D.

Policy & Planning Committee Chair
Dr. Krohn is an internal medicine physician, pediatric hospitalist and Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota.  She is the Director of Online Content for the Global Medicine Program and educates third and fourth year medical students on medical communications with lay audiences in a Becoming a Doctor course.  Dr. Krohn completed her medical education and residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Minnesota, as well as the Stanford University – NBC News Fellowship in Global Health and Media.  Dr. Krohn spent two years working with Health Frontiers in Laos, teaching in the country’s internal medicine and pediatric residency programs.
