Effective June 6, 2016, Patricia J. Lindholm, M.D., FAAFP, will serve a second consecutive term as a physician member of the Board. Board term June 6, 2016 through January 6, 2020. Kimberly W. Spaulding, M.D., MPH, of South Haven replaces Rebecca J. Hafner-Fogarty, M.D., M.B.A., as a physician member of the Board. Board Term June 6, 2016 through January 6, 2020. Patrick R. Townley, M.D., J.D., of Minneapolis replaces Charles F. Moldow, M.D., as a physician member of the Board. Board Term June 6, 2016 through January 6, 2020.
