Enforcement (Current Orders)

Part of the Board’s duty is to enforce the Statutes and Rules under its jurisdiction in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. The Board appreciates the willingness of those who supply information to the Board for review of potential violations and for the cooperation of those being investigated in order to perform this duty and protect the land, water, structures, and people of Minnesota.

These recent enforcement and disciplinary orders are listed alphabetically by date issued. A number in parentheses following an individual or business name indicates multiple enforcement actions.
