Description: Participants will receive an overview of the Public Employment Relations Board, the statutes and rules governing our work, and the process from filing a charge through to a final ULP decision. This is a great session for about an hour or an hour and a half. It is an overview session but it can be tailored depending on group size and focus on audience, whether employer representatives, employee representatives, or both.

Description: Participants will tackle a hypothetical issue created just for this course. We will work through the drafting and filing of a charge. We will also discuss how to provide submissions to support your charge with the PERB. Union representatives should walk away with the skills necessary to file a charge without deficiencies and understand the next steps after filing. This is a great session for anyone who will be filing charges with the PERB. *This is a group training. If you need individual technical assistance with a case, contact the PERB.
