Available public data on charges docketed with the PERB since July 1, 2023 (FY24) are provided here and updated at least once a month.
Data in this table can be searched and reset. Please note, not all case names are uniform. You might need to search "St. Paul" and search again for "Saint Paul" to find the information you are looking for. You can also sort the data by case number, date filed, and status and reset the table by refreshing your page.
Public information on cases older than provided on the website are available on request by emailing perb@state.mn.us.
Numbering System
Each charge filed with the PERB receives its own unique case number when it is filed based on the Charging Party's potential status.
