Kathy Megarry

Kathy is the Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations for the Metropolitan Airport Commission in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Megarry joined the MAC with 30 years of experience and having served in similar roles in both the private and public sector including Labor Relations Director for the City of St. Paul, Vice President of Employee and Labor Relations at Macy’s Inc., and most recently Chief Labor Relations Officer for Hennepin County, Minnesota. Ms. Megarry holds a BA in Management and Professional Writing from Hamline University and a Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She is a Past President of the Minnesota Public Employer’s Labor Relations Association. In her spare time, Kathy and her husband enjoy traveling, playing tennis, their four pets and their two adult children.
