Important Information Regarding the Clock Hour Reporting System
PELSB grants access for individuals to enter clock hours based on the yearly submission of the district’s continuing education committee roster. The chairperson of the continuing education committee designates the people who are able to enter clock hours when the roster is reported to PELSB. Rosters must be submitted by November 1 of each year in order to keep access to the clock hour reporting system.
Please note that PELSB is only able to grant access for individuals to report teacher clock hours. If you need reporting rights to enter school administrator clock hours, please work with your district’s IOwA (Identified Official with Authority). In most districts, the IOwA is the superintendent. An individual may only have access to grant teacher clock hours or administrative clock hours, not both.
