
Apply for an Additional License
Teachers who have a file folder number with PELSB and are looking to add or change their license must apply using a paper application. In most circumstances, teachers applying for an additional license do not need to provide materials they have already submitted to PELSB (e.g. fingerprint card and transcripts).
If you have not previously applied for licensure with PELSB, please use the Initial Licensure System to begin the process. If you are looking to renew your current license, please use the Online Renewal System.
