OAH conducts hearings in locations across Minnesota - including Duluth, Walker, Alexandria, Mankato, and Rochester. OAH also conducts hearings via video conferencing upon request.
OAH's main office is located on the main floor of the Harold E. Stassen Building. The Stassen Building is part of the Capitol Complex and is also home to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Visitor parking is available in the DTV Parking Ramp at 14 East First Street. The ramp is attached to the OAH office via the skywalk. The payment machine is located on the skywalk level. The machine accepts both cash and credit cards. Metered street parking is also available in the area.

The Court Administration Office is located on the first floor of the Douglas County Courthouse. Using the entrance off of 7th Ave, the office is to the left. There is a window on the right side of the hallway for public access to the department.
