June 21, 2024 - Because the Judge concludes that all relevant statutory and rule criteria necessary to certify Minnesota Power’s proposed configuration of the HVDC modernization project have been satisfied, and there are no statutory or other requirements that preclude the Commission from certifying the HVDC modernization project on the record, the Commission should approve the Certificate of Need for the project.
