February 2, 2023 - Appellant’s request for a hearing on his Motion to Appoint a Rule 706 Expert Psychiatrist (Motion to Appoint Expert) and Motion to Apppoint Appropriate Counsel for the Duration of this Matter (Motion to Appoint Counsel) is DENIED. The Administrative Law Judge will hold a hearing on Appellant’s Motion to Prohibit the Unnecessary Recitation of Appellant’s Criminal Record (Motion to Limit Evidence) and the Department’s Motion for Summary Disposition. The Office of Administrative Hearings will contact the parties to determine their availability for a hearing.
