June 24, 2021 - Respondent may not be disqualified for a real estate salesperson license for which she is otherwise qualified, because her past criminal behavior is not directly related to real estate sales. Further, it is in the public interest to support, not thwart, Respondent’s rehabilitation, which includes pursuit of her desired occupation. Therefore, the Judge respectfully recommends the Commissioner GRANT Respondent a real estate salesperson license.
