February 5, 2021 - Licensee did not engage in immoral conduct. Licensee demonstrated willful neglect of duty when he failed to make reasonable efforts to protect a student from conditions harmful to health and safety. This breach of duty resulted in a student with a disability wandering away from school grounds. As a result, the Board may impose reasonable discipline it determines appropriate under the facts of the case.
