January 18, 2018 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that there is reasonable cause to believe that there is an imminent risk of harm to the health, safety, or rights of children in the Licensee’s care, such that it is respectfully recommended that the Temporary Immediate Suspension of the Licensee’s family child care license be AFFIRMED, pending the Commissioner’s Final Order.
