Course payment: Self-payment or payment from the participant is not a valid payment option. MMB's ETD division will only accept payment directly from your agency or organization. If your agency or organization has a policy that the employee is to pay in order to attend this seminar, we suggest that the agency or organization: 1) Works with the employee to have the employee reimburse the agency or organization upon conclusion of the seminar; 2) Encumbers the funds to cover the cost of the seminar; and 3) Pays the invoice upon receipt.

Remember to follow your agency's policies and procedures to encumber funds before you enroll to ensure that your agency is able to provide payment to MMB's ETD division for your enrollment in this seminar.
