Assessment of the Organizational Structure and Service Delivery Model of the Minnesota Guardian Ad Litem Program

The Minnesota Guardian Ad Litem program, and the system within which it operates, has undergone significant changes over the years, including changes in organizational structure, governance, employment model, and caseload trends. The ability of an organization to structure and restructure itself to adapt to changing conditions is an essential component of a high-performing organization.

Towards that end, the Minnesota Guardian Ad Litem Board sought the assistance of the National Center for State Courts to conduct an assessment of the organizational structure and service delivery model of its program and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
