Joel Bakken, MS, LP, is the Executive Director of Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals, P.C. Besides administratively overseeing the operations of the agency, he provides clinical consultation for Solutions’ community-based services. He specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to individuals with autism and serious behavioral disturbances. Mr. Bakken received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from North Dakota State University, with an emphasis on clinical behavior therapy. He is a Licensed Psychologist (MS level) in Minnesota and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in North Dakota. He is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Mr. Bakken is appointed to a four-year term that expires on January 4, 2027, and is the Chair of the Behavior Analyst Advisory Committee.
