Do you qualify to participate in the OT Interstate Licensure Compact?

To participate in the OT Interstate Licensure Compact, you must first meet several requirements related to your Minnesota license.
Licensees must:
- Hold an active Minnesota license.
- Live in Minnesota and designate their Minnesota address as their home address in their online account.
- Have completed a Criminal Background Check for their Minnesota license. (Those licensed before 2018 generally have not completed this requirement.
- Have no disciplinary action active now, or within the past two years.
