The Occupational Therapy Interstate Licensure Compact is now live in three states: Minnesota, Ohio, and West Virginia. Under the Compact, OTs and OTAs who are licensed in a Compact member state can practice in other member states via a “compact privilege.” Visit otcompact.gov and the Before You Apply page for additional details, including the status of all states and associated fees.
