Effective July 1, 2025, the Occupational Therapy Practice Act underwent statutory changes including changes to continuing education requirements, OTA supervision changes, and private practice notification to recipients.  You are responsible for ensuring your practice meets these changes.  Watch for further communications via email on what you need to know.
