    Employment Change

    Minnesota Statute §148.6428, requires all licensees to maintain current name, address, and primary employment information with the Board. Manage updates through your online account under the profile view tab. Add or update employment address and phone numbers. Select type as "Business". All first time users must "Register to Access Site". 
     
    Note: If you hold an active Temporary license and have not taken the NBCOT exam, you must provide the Board with current supervisor information.
