Public Policy Dispute Resolution
OCDR helps government and communities find better ways to work together on complex challenges. Using assessment, process design, and facilitation, we help our clients navigate stuck issues and find shared solutions.

Training and Capacity-Building
OCDR provides a variety of presentations and trainings to support conflict resolution skill development in the public sector. OCDR also partners with public sector organizations to support conflict management capacity.

Community Mediation Grants
OCDR provides grants to community mediation centers called "Community Dispute Resolutions Programs" (CDRPs). These Court-certified mediation centers provide valuable services to the courts, individuals, and communities.

Building the Field
OCDR hosts convenings to help individuals and organizations connect with each other and expand the field of bridge-building and conflict resolution.
