Regulatory Unit Manager This position plans, organizes, directs and manages the activities of the Public Utilities Commission’s (PUC) professional analyst staff concerning electric and natural gas utility financial, rate-of-return, rate design, cost-of-service, service delivery, conservation, planning and facilities permitting matters, as well as matters related to the regulation of landline telephone services in Minnesota. It also initiates and directs research and resolution of utility and telecommunications issues so that the Public Utilities Commission can fulfill its statutory mission. It also oversees the analysis and reporting requirements of the Regulatory Division.
