Founded in 1997 Eisele & Associates has designed and conducted interventions and courses in over 200 organizations. Mary creates and facilitates entry level and advanced leadership programs. She has developed curriculum and taught non-credit courses as part of certificate series in the areas of project management, organization development, leadership, management and instructional design. Eisele & Associates has been actively delivered Strategic Effectiveness for Aspiring Leaders (SEAL) for ETD since 2012 along with other courses like Process Management and Problem Solving.

Humphrey School of Public Affairs
The Public and Nonprofit Leadership Center at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs has delivered the Senior Leadership Institute (SLI) since 2010. With a strong record of high quality, interactive and engaging programming, the Humphrey School is a strong partner in the delivery of this important program. They deliver SLI every Friday for ten weeks in the fall for an in-person cohort of up to 30 people at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
