DeepSEE Consulting

deepSEE Consulting provides insightful consulting, strategic leadership, and diversity training, paired with measurement tools focused on building individual and organizational cultural competence. They bring both a deep expertise is in the area of cultural competence as well as years of experience working with local and state government agencies. deepSEE’s custom training is available in traditional classroom format, eLearning modules, webinars, and one-on-one coaching. deepSEE has worked with countless groups in numerous organizations with the primary purpose of developing leadership and cultural competence skills.

DeYoung Consulting Services

Since 1996, DeYoung Consulting Services has provided organizations with the insights they need to impact the systems, communities and environments in which they work. They provide training, research, outreach and communications, performance improvement, and organizational development services to organizations so they can more effectively achieve their mission. Their skilled trainers have many years of experience and their workshops can help to enhance employee productivity and engagement. Topics include: customer service, effective communication, conflict resolution, supervisory skills, and business writing.

EdChunk

Headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota, edChunk creates learning products, strategies, analyses, apps, websites, classroom instruction, eLearning, mLearning, videos, webinars, performance support materials and tools. EdChunk focuses on training and education strategies that address organizational problems while creating engaging, impactful training for the learner. Since 2012, edChunk has worked with the Minnesota Department of Health, the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board, the Minnesota Judicial System and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety in various capacities consulting in learning strategies, conducting studies and creating training products. In 2014, edChunk created the edTotal Learning Record Store. The edTotal LRS anchors edChunk’s strategy for the mobile learning market.

Eisele & Associates Inc

Founded in 1997 Eisele & Associates has designed and conducted interventions and courses in over 200 organizations. Mary creates and facilitates entry level and advanced leadership programs. She has developed curriculum and taught non-credit courses as part of certificate series in the areas of project management, organization development, leadership, management and instructional design. Eisele & Associates has been actively delivered Strategic Effectiveness for Aspiring Leaders (SEAL) for ETD since 2012 along with other courses like Process Management and Problem Solving.

LaForce Teamwork Services

Since 1996 LaForce Teamwork Services has helped people work better together. Whether serving as a conference speaker, trainer, facilitator, consultant, or coach; the company uses a client-focused approach to achieve results. Meetings and workshops are high-energy and interactive. Specialties include: Strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, team development, meeting management, and leadership development. LaForce Teamwork Services has worked across a wide range of functions with federal, state, and local units of government.

Lumin Advantage Consulting

Lumin Advantage Consulting is a woman-owned, small business located in St. Paul, MN.   Lumin Partners and Co-Founders, Victoria Littlefield and Megan Brogger, have extensive relevant education, training, and experience as contractors, facilitators, and trainers in the public sector for a combined 25 years beginning in 2003.  Lumin Advantage has developed and successfully delivered numerous stand-alone classes and over 75 year-long, multi-session professional and leadership development programs for federal, state, county, and city governments across the United States. Mateffy & Company


Mateffy & Company is a training and development firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since 1987, Mateffy & Company has designed and presented workforce engagement and organizational development programs for over 1,000 clients. Mateffy specializes in developing customized performance by building programs, many of which are video/media-driven.

Minnesota State  

With thirty-seven institutions of higher education directly represented, Minnesota State can offer courses or institutes in every content area required throughout the state. MnState teams are located throughout the State and can develop customized curricula that meets the needs of any and all departments within state government. Instructors have a wealth of knowledge to offer state employees in topics ranging from communication, strategic thinking, and technical know-how, to transitioning into management.  MnState can support academies, leadership programs, and certificates needed throughout the State:

Humphrey School of Public Affairs

The Public and Nonprofit Leadership Center at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs has delivered the Senior Leadership Institute (SLI) since 2010. With a strong record of high quality, interactive and engaging programming, the Humphrey School is a strong partner in the delivery of this important program. They deliver SLI every Friday for ten weeks in the fall for an in-person cohort of up to 30 people at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. SPL

SPL was formed in 1988 and incorporated in 1990 as a consulting and training company. SPL helps visionary organizations achieve breakthrough results. They do this by helping employees learn the critical project management, business analysis and leadership skills needed to be successful in today's workplace.
