Petrofund Meetings & Minutes

Petrofund Board meetings are open to the public and usually held on the second Wednesday in the odd numbered months.

They are typically held at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, 85 Seventh Place East, St. Paul, MN. During the COVID-19 pandemic, though, Board meetings may be held remotely. The Petrofund Board has currently approved the following schedule of regular meetings.

Please be aware that Petrofund Board meeting minutes are not posted until they have been approved by the Board at its subsequent meeting.
