Petrofund Meetings & Minutes

Petrofund Board meetings are open to the public and usually held on the second Wednesday in the odd numbered months.

They are typically held at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, 85 Seventh Place East, St. Paul, MN. The Petrofund Board has currently approved the following schedule of regular meetings.

  • January 14, 2026
  • March 11, 2026
  • May 13, 2026 
  • July 8, 2026
  • September 9, 2026 
  • November 18, 2026
  • January 13, 2027

Please be aware that Petrofund Board meeting minutes are not posted until they have been approved by the Board at its subsequent meeting.
