The Minnesota Board of Psychology extends its sincere apologies for a recent database system error on or around January 5, 2017 that inadvertently generated repeat Continuing Education (CE) Audit notices to individuals who are not eligible for CE Audit based on the administrative rules.

 

Licensees are only subject to CE Audit the month AFTER they have renewed their LP license.

 

If your licensed expired December 31, 2016 you ARE subject to CE Audit.

 

If your licensed did not expire on December 31, 2016 you are NOT subject to CE Audit.

 

If based on your license renewal date, you are not subject to CE Audit, you may disregard the CE Audit Notification you received and accept our apology for the inconvenience.

 

The Board recognizes that regulatory audits can be stressful and regrets that this technology error caused such stress, confusion or concern.
