The Board did not receive 25 requests for a public hearing regarding this rule package prior to the April 24th deadline. The Board will NOT be holding a public hearing.

The rules include updates to the education, examination and experience requirements for engineering, geology and soil science licensure as well as updates to the examination application procedure for engineering and land survyeing exams. Also included in this rulemaking will be housekeeping changes throughout the rules.

Oral Examinations

The Board published its Adopted Permanent Rules in the March 19, 2012 issue of the State Register. The rules became effective 5 working days following publication.
