Administrative rulemaking follows a very specific and transparent process which is outlined in the Rulemaking Flow Chart .


Temporary Military Permits & Housekeeping Updates

All comments and/or requests for a public hearing must be received in the Board office by 4:30 p.m. on July 1, 2015. If the Board receives 25 or more requests for a hearing by the deadline, the Board will hold a public hearing on July 17, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
