Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 14.366 requires each agency to maintain a current, public rulemaking docket. This section lists the pending rulemakings under consideration. Subject Matter: Amending the existing rules governing workers’ compensation appeals and petitions to vacate to conform those rules to amendments to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 176, the Worker’s Compensation Act. The proposed rules will incorporate electronic filing and service through the CAMPUS system managed by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry to make filing and service easier for all persons involved in matters before the WCCA.
Comment Period: The comment period for the proposed rules closed on Friday, November 22, 2024. One comment on the proposed rules was received and a link to that comment is set below.
Status: The order adopting the rule was published in the State Register on March 31, 2025. By operation of Minn. Stat. Sec. 14.27, the rule will become effective on April 7, 2025. A copy of the newly adopted rules with the renumbering applied is available here.
