Updates on E-Filing

Update: February 19, 2026

Have a question in the CAMPUS system?

This website that DLI has for CAMPUS is very helpful. https://www.dli.mn.gov/business/workers-compensation/work-comp-campus-hub

If you are not able to find what you need, please contact us. Our main number is: 651-539-1210 and our email is: wcca.mail@state.mn.us.

Update: June 4, 2024

Wanting to File a Petition to Vacate?

Please contact the WCCA by email (wcca.mail@state.mn.us) with the names of the parties and the details of the order you are seeking to vacate. The WCCA will open a case in CAMPUS that you can access under your WCCA cases tab. This allows you to serve and file the Petition, memorandum, and supporting documentation through CAMPUS.

Update: February 1, 2022

Under Minn. Stat. § 176.285, subds. 2 and 2b, the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals (WCCA) accepts document filing through Campus (https://campus.dli.mn.gov/user/login). Where a party has successfully filed any document through Campus with the WCCA, there is no need for a paper filing of that document with the WCCA.

The WCCA will be engaging in rulemaking to clarify that paper filing of documents is needed only where a party cannot use the Campus filing mechanism.

Comment from affected parties suggesting potential rule changes is encouraged and can be directed to: wcca.rule.comments@state.mn.us.
