A Jungian-based personality assessment based on four colors (Firey Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, Cool Blue) that helps individuals learn more about their preferred behaviors, the strengths they bring and the challenges they’re likely to face. The assessment and workshop experience are used to promote self-awareness, communication, and collaboration for teams and individuals.

The IDI is a validated tool that measures a person or group's progression along a developmental path of increasing complexity in making sense of and responding to cultural differences. A Qualified Administrator explains the results and empowers individuals to increase their effectiveness in how they engage cultural differences. Individual and group coaching is available.

A reflective assessment and workshop that helps individuals understand their natural talents and strengths (Heart, Diamond, Spade, Club) and how to leverage them for collaboration, decision-making, and leadership. Both Individual and Team Talent Assessment options are available. The Team Report identifies the talents of everyone on the team, toward the goal of achieving the best mix of talents for optimal results.

Implicit Bias: Deepening the Work, Beyond Awareness

In this course, participants will explore practical examples of bias and how it influences decisions and behaviors that lead to differential treatment.
