Jeff Cook

Chief Learning Officer
Jeff Cook joined Enterprise Talent Development in 2015 bringing over 15 years in talent and organizational development experience. He has experience leading learning and organizational development teams with global and national responsibility in both business and academic sectors. Jeff uses practical and simple ways to elevate the performance of organizations and leaders at all levels. He has taught graduate and undergraduate management courses at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota State University, the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and Dunwoody College. Jeff's Master's degree is in human relations and adult learning. When he's not in the office or working with a state agency Jeff enjoys hiking and biking with his family, photography and studying birds.

Kathie Kosharek, M.A.

Sr. Learning & Development Consultant
Kathie Kosharek is a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant who specializes in the areas of employee engagement, motivation and career development, all from a strengths-based perspective. Kathie holds a Master's degree in Human Development and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a certified Play to Your Strengths™ coach.  She is also qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Creatrix Inventory. She previously spent 10 years with DEED where she helped clients manage the transition process between jobs and taught numerous public workshops.

Terri Hieb

Program Coordinator [Management & Supervisory Core Programs]
A career-long public servant, Terri joined ETD in November of 2003, after the merger of the Department of Employee Relations Training and Development Resource Center and Administration's MAD. She coordinates the Management and Supervisory Core programs and is responsible for the division's purchasing. She previously worked in the Telecommunications Division of Administration and the Human Resource Management Division of the Department of Employee Relations.

Emily Johnson

Workforce Planning Consultant
Emily Paoli Johnson transferred to MMB in January of 2014 from the Minnesota Office of Higher Education where she managed Get Ready! an early college access program.   She is currently the Workforce Planning Consultant for the HRD department.  In her new role, Emily will be working directly with State agencies to assist in their workforce and succession planning efforts. Emily  completed her Master’s degree at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2013 focusing on workforce planning and succession planning in state government.  She also graduated from the Emerging Leaders Program (ELI) within the State in 2008.

Greg Mellang

ELM Administrator
Greg joined ETD in the summer of 2014 as an ELM Statewide Administrator. Previously, Greg was with the Department of Health as a Training & Development Specialist where he helped launch their efforts in eLearning development and onboarding Human Resource Management onto the Enterprise Learning Management system.  
 
Prior to coming to the state, Greg spent the previous 12 years in the private sector for a local software company, and a Fortune 300 financial company where he managed all aspects of the development and delivery life cycle. Often referred to as “The Tool Man”, Greg developed a wealth of experience in eLearning design and development, systems administration, including  multiple learning management and content management systems, virtual training delivery, and multi-media production. 
 
When he’s not busy keeping up on the latest tools and technology for learning, Greg enjoys photography, art, and music, especially with his friends and family.

Lovlie Bromley

Business Administrator
Lovlie has been with the State of Minnesota since October 1998. She joined the ETD team as the Retirement Program Coordinator in January of 2010. Since joining the team she has coordinated, and assisted in the coordination, of numerous ETD course offerings. Her focus has since shifted from the bright lights of auditoriums around the Metro to the internal workings of the team. She currently processes all contracts for the ETD team, helps manage the budget, and works with staff on the invoicing process. She previously worked in the Human Resources Management Division of Minnesota Management and Budget.

Patrick Logelin

Statewide Registrar & Communications Specialist

Patrick joined ETD in August of 2015 as the Statewide Registrar and Communications Specialist. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in New Media from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Prior to working for ETD Patrick worked as a Technical Recruiter and a Data Entry specialist for a sports statistics startup.
 
He is a Gopher athletics fanatic who enjoys exploring the Twin Cities with friends, talking about movies, and listening to music. He also prides himself on being the resident ETD sports almanac along with possessing random knowledge that serves useless outside of trivia games.
