Vocational Rehabilitation Services Vocational Rehabilitation Services help people determine and achieve an employment goal. A person's employment goal may be starting or keeping a full-time or part-time job in a field that interests that person. The purpose of MN Rule chapter 3300 is to create standards for vocational rehabilitation services for people with disabilities in Minnesota. The department of employment and economic development creates priority consumer groups based on the different levels of need and then determines how many of the priority groups can receive services based on the amount of resources available. The first priority group has the greatest need and will receive services before the other priority groups. The priority groups are listed in 3300.5030. MN Rules 3300.5000 and 3300.5020
