Accessible Voting Machines Each polling place for a county, city, and school district elections must include a voting machine or system that is accessible for individuals with disabilities so that they can have privacy and independence similar to other voters. This includes providing voting systems that are accessible for individuals with a visual impairment. An election in a township with fewer than 500 people that does not include federal, state, county, or school district races/issues does not need to have an accessible voting machine. This exception applies mostly to March township elections. MN Statute 206.57 Last Modified: 1/1/0001 Size: 0 Author: Categories: Secretary of State, Tags: Voting,
