Hearing Aid Return Policy After a consumer receives her/his hearing aids, they have a 45-day money-back guarantee. If the hearing aid is out of the consumers possession for more than 24 hours because of repair or adjustment than additional time is added to the 45-day period. The consumer can give or mail a written notice of cancellation to the audiologist or dispenser. The consumer should receive a refund within 30 days of returning the hearing aids to the dispenser. The hearing aid dispenser or audiologist cannot retain a cancellation fee of more than $250 of the buyer's total purchase price of the hearing aids.
