Requesting BMS Data
The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act states that all government data are public unless a state or federal law says otherwise. Under the act, the Bureau is required to establish and follow two policies and procedures.
- The first policy explains the rights of the public to request public data. If you want to request public data, you must use this form.
- The second policy explains the right of data subjects. If you want to request data for which you are the subject, you must use this form.
