Requesting BMS Data

The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act states that all government data are public unless a state or federal law says otherwise. Under the act, the Bureau is required to establish and follow two policies and procedures.

1. The first policy explains the rights of the public to request public data. If you want to request public data, you must use this form.
2. The second policy explains the right of data subjects. If you want to request data for which you are the subject, you must use this form.
