The Bureau of Mediation Services maintains a list of all persons who have registered with the agency for the purpose of receiving notice of rule proceedings. Persons may register to receive notice of rule proceedings by subscribing here and selecting "Rulemaking" under Statutes, Rules and Policy and/or by sending a request for rulemaking notifications including their full name and United States mail address to: Bureau of Mediation Services, ATTN: Rulemaking, 1021 Bandana Blvd. E, Suite 226. Saint Paul, MN 55108.
