Minnesota Statutes 179.02 enables the Commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services to "apply for, accept, and distribute gifts, bequests, grants, or payments for services...to carry out the duties of the Commissioner. The statue requires the Commissioner to post amounts received under this subdivision.
