The Fire Captains are not supervisory under Minn. Stat. §179A.03, subd. 17. The position of Fire Captain is included in the bargaining unit represented by IAFF Local 993. All Firefighters employed by the City of St. Louis Park who are public employees within the meaning of Minn. Stat. §179A.03, subd. 14, except Battalion Chiefs, supervisory and confidential employees.
