The Bureau was petitioned by Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty and Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees’ Union, Local 320. The Bureau determined the following findings: The position of Executive Director for Atwood is Supervisory and appropriately included in Unit 16. The position of Executive Director for Student Engagement is Supervisory and appropriately included in Unit 16. The position of TRIO/Student Support Services Director is Supervisory and appropriately included in Unit 16. The position of Director of Undergraduate is Supervisory and appropriately included in Unit 16. The position of Managing Director at Lindgren is Supervisory and appropriately included in Unit 16. The Bureau is without jurisdiction to determine the assignment of the Training and Development Specialist 2 position.
