The position of Fire Marshall, for the City of Brooklyn Park District is not "supervisory" within the meaning of Minn. Stat. 179A.03, subd. 17, (2019) and shares a community of interest with the positions included wihtin the appropriate unit represented by IAFF Local 5031. The Fire Marshall is to be included in the appropriate unit.
